The Challenge
IT staff at Holiday Palace were using Skype Connect to manage on-site connectivity and deal with international calls, but this was not cost-effective. They needed a solution that was more affordable but could also scale as their operations grew. Mobility, along with push and contact integration were also high priorities.

Our Solution
We installed 3CX communication solutions on a hosted virtual PBX server. This meant all data and settings were now in the hands of the client, while also granting them the flexibility to move all communications infrastructure on-site in the future.
The Impact
Telecommunications manager, Andy Wiranata, noted how they instantly saw call costs drop as 3CX handled their large call volume. And because 3CX is scalable at no extra cost, they could now add extra extensions in the future without paying extra license fees.
Furthermore, employee productivity and connectivity were greatly improved as calls were sent directly to their workers’ unique extension numbers, meaning they could be reached instantly anywhere on-site.
