Tiger Custom Computers
Founded back in 2003, Seattle-based Tiger Custom Computers is an IT services company providing IT support and maintenance for businesses and residential clients.
The Challenge
Tiger have grown exponentially since their inception and, as such, they needed an increasing number of softphones, mobile clients, and other hardware for its mobile employees. Unfortunately for them, their existing telecoms solution was not fit for purpose.
Our Solution
We quickly installed the hosted version of 3CX Phone System for Tiger Custom Computers while still allowing them to work with its favourite provider, Vitelity. Softphones were added for each worker, so that they could be reached on the same number whether they were on-site or on-the-go.
The Impact
With 3CX, Tiger Custom Computer’s phone costs reduced dramatically, but that’s not all. Access to a virtually hosted phone system meant their employees could work from anywhere, while adding extra softphones and smartphone clients took just a few minutes. And because employee communication improved courtesy of 3CX’s portable extension facilities, their productively saw a drastic upturn.
